Noveltech commenced operations in August 2018. Since then, employee management
and related issues have been our core concern. This has been spearheaded by a
professional HR management team, with an agenda to create an organization that
complies with best practices in addition to relevant laws, statutes and other
necessary regulations.
We believe in empowering our people with the opportunity to use their expertise,
skill and experience to achieve the company’s objectives. To enable this, the
company has a flat organization structure with clearly defined responsibility
levels.
We are a learning organization wherein associates have the opportunity to

enables efficient operations of HR processes and systems.
